Effective Link Building Moments

One of the most important methods of getting a high keyword ranking is by getting inbound links. Almost all search engines rank their results on the basis of the popularity of the website. It believes that it is not the number that is important but the quality that is important. So have good quality inbound links to increase your chances of getting noticed by the search engines. There are search engine companies also available which can help you in building your links and promote your website faster. After this introduction to link building, let us now look into some uses of increased linkage.

Link Popularity is a vote that is given to a web page from another similar theme website with an anchor text (your keyword or phrase) to drive traffic to your website, it is also an important factor when search engines like Google Rank websites for a particular keyword and allot PR (Page Rank) to a website

Good Link Building Strategy

1.       Get Relevant back links from High PR Authority Sites

2.       Links must be Relevant Juicy Links

3.       Don’t try harmful Link building Methods

4.       Submit 100% Unique Contents to Relevant Press Release, article, and do follow Blogs

5.       Start Content publishing to Web 2.0 Networks – Makes you more visible on the search engines

Get .Edu and .Gov Links for your Website

When search engines are crawling, they’re not only collecting information, they’re noting which sites they collect it from. And they place a value on the links that point to your site, referring to the value as a vote. That’s how they determine the content of your site. The link words are how they rate your importance and relevance. Links from some sites are rated higher than others. For instance, .gov links or .edu links are considered trusted sites and are more valuable, and thus will get bigger votes. Page Rank sites will also get bigger votes. Basically, the stronger the site, the stronger the vote will be for an equal link from that site.

It’s possible that the one or two lone SEOs that deny this value are confused. As long as we keep seeing great results, as long as our clients are rising up swiftly in search, as long as the links are in quality content, we will continue to sing the praises of a .gov or .edu link.

Varying the anchor text in backlinks is a vital thing to do, making the text fit in in as natural a way as is humanely possible. I often see people using unnatural anchor text in their links and it would stick out like a sore thumb to Google et al in my opinion. The text has to be in context and read naturally to humans.

Educational links are important if utilized correctly. Be sure to effectively include relevant information about your company, good and services when posting to educational sites that you are actually participating in the actual educational process and the website itself.

    Thanks

  8. Juergen says:

For sure, .gov and .edu links are very important and helpful, but most of them link with nofollow. Does it make sense to comment there as well since no link juice to flow?

  9. I know this kind of websites set the comment links with nofollow, but i think it is still useful more or less.

  10. I don't think the nofollows will help much. So it's not so simple. But there are needles in the haystack. It just takes some work to find them. Shaza, this is great advice, and much appreciated.

    > Does it make sense to comment there as well since no link juice to flow?

Well, if you're posting there *just* for the 'link juice' , it'd not make much sense.

However, you should keep in mind the possibility that such authority sites often receive high traffic some of which can spill over to your site via direct click-thrus.

  12. Mack says:

While it may be more beneficial to post to edu and gov blogs that use a dofollow, I am starting to pickup IBLs fro sites that are using a nofollow tag. I am belive that the PR is not past along with nofollows, but a link is a link I think.

    I guess time will tell.

  13. Thanks mate for the great advise. I've been using comment luv for some time – but this thing should be much better!

  14. Nice blog, its great article informative post, thanks for sharing it. Thanks for the information!
